Sports Massage Therapy is a practise developed to help bring your body back to its full functional potential. It incorporates myofascial release and static stretching, corrective exercises to help to get rid of pain and recover fully. It’s more targeted and a deeper type of massage.
A Sports Massage Therapy session includes assessment, ensuring specific areas are targeted to treat any muscular or physical issues you might have, even if you are looking only to relax.
Whilst Sports Massage Therapy was built and developed around athletes, the benefits from injury rehabilitation and prevention, to simply reduce occupational stress and increase your overall wellbeing.
