Hi, l’m Klaudia
I graduated in psychology and then finished a post masters degree in HR Management, which has influenced my current career a lot. My interest in sport and fitness has been paramount throughout my life, having been a keen swimmer and volleyball player. I have been in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 12 years, specialising nutrition, GP exercise referral programs (corrective exercises, special population), sport conditioning (sports specific), lifestyle management (health appraisal), rehabilitation and pre and post natal fitness.
My commitment to provide the best services for my clients drives me to continuously update and refresh my knowledge, utilizing my experience to unlock each individual's true potential. I believe that positivity is the key to success and that our bodies are a wonderful tool that we should respect and use to the best of our ability. Fitness also provides us with a positive outlook and can help us achieve the lifestyle we so desire when used in conjunction with a good healthy diet.

Advance Personal Training, Sport Therapist-Sport Massage, Pilates Teacher, Boxing, Metabolic Trainer, Kettlebells, GP Referral, Spinning Instructor, Pre & Post Natal fitness.
