All sessions cancelled within 24 hrs of pre-agreed start time will be forfeited at full price. Exceptional circumstances will be at discretion of the trainer/ therapist.
If your trainer/ therapist cancels a session within 24hrs of the pre-agreed time, a replacement session will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.
